Running on One System — An Operator's Guide
Most operations do not fail for lack of software. They fail because the work is spread across a dozen tools that do not talk to each other, and every answer to a simple question requires someone to reconcile three exports by hand. This course is about the opposite move: consolidating onto one system, wiring the gaps that remain, and getting your data into a shape you can actually query.
It is written for operators, owners, and ops leads who are done with the spreadsheet sprawl and are looking hard at Odoo, or at a legacy ERP they need to escape. The register is practical. Every lesson gives you something to decide, scope, or check on Monday morning.
By the end you will be able to map your operation before touching software, scope an implementation that does not balloon, tell the difference between data you have and data you can use, choose what to automate first, and go live without the drama. You will own the system and the data inside it.
