The exam

Every course ends with a graded exam: 70% to pass, three attempts. The questions are drawn from the lessons and written to test understanding — the reasoning behind a decision, not a word you can memorise.
The certificate
Yours to show.
Pass and you get a certificate tied to your account, with the course and the date. Put it on a profile or send it to whoever asked. It says you can run the system, not that you watched a video about it.
